The Semper Care management team work together with its front line staff to further their skills and education. We provide free in-house and online training for staff to ensure they are competent in all aspects of their job roles. We also offer staff the chance to continue with professional development by funding level 2 through to 5 courses.
Staff have the opportunity to work alongside the management team in the office to learn new skills.

I have over 8 years of experience in care, including 6 years as a care coordinator. I have also worked as an ambulance driver and emergency first aider. My passion lies with supporting people in their own homes and allowing them to keep as much of their independence as possible. I am also very passionate about encouraging staff to further their training and expand their skillsets.
