Shazad founded Semper Care in 2019 after more than a decade working in home care. He set out to build the kind of provider he’d want for his own family — personal, consistent, and genuinely caring. He still picks up the phone himself.

Our coordination team is the backbone of everything we do. They build care plans, match clients with the right carers, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. When you call, they know who you are.
