Shazad founded Semper Care in 2019 and brings more than a decade’s experience in home care. He set out to build the kind of provider he’d want for his own family – personal, consistent, and genuinely caring. He still picks up the phone himself.
Naomi Lanigan
With over 12 years of experience in health and social care, Naomi leads the day-to-day running of Semper Care with warmth, precision, and a genuine commitment to quality. She ensures every care plan is followed, every carer is supported, and every family feels heard.
Sarah Hefferman
Care Coordinator
6+ years of care experience spanning hands-on support, management, and office-based environments. Sarah keeps rotas, clients and carers perfectly in sync.
