Semper Care Ltd is a CQC-registered home care provider operating in Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees. Our registered office is Office 202, Belmont Mill, 7 Burnett Street, Bradford, BD1 5BJ. Company registration number: 11799429.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5How Long We Keep Your Data
Care records are retained for a minimum of 7 years after the end of care, in line with CQC and NHS guidance. Where you made an enquiry but did not proceed with care, we will delete your data within 12 months.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations)
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities
- Request portability of your data
